County of art: Carroll County
Loation of art: N. Cliff St., Cultural Arts Center, Carrollton
Artist:Unknown

There is no sign or plaque with this sculpture. I assume it is another art camp project....but without confirmation...am left unsure.

The tree is not real, it is part of the sculpture, and looks as if it is made of wire, and twisted rags, along with random sticks, and boards.
The bird houses are real, made of wood, and painted intentionally --poorly. Some splashed, some neat patterned, and others just random colors invading the turf of other colors.

"The Cultural Arts Center is magnificent and filled with art.

"I loved this Bird House Tree best of all! And ... that's the Marriott in the background ... brand new ... totally convenient! Thank you, Southeastern Quilt and Textile Museum for such fabulous accommodations, a t-shirt and food tickets to "A Taste of Carrollton" for Thursday evening, for the goodie bag in my room, and for EVERYTHING else!

"I'm including a detail shot of the Bird House Tree especially for my Dad. He makes birdhouses and I knew he'd love it!" ~ Susan Lenz
