The recently renovated wayside shrine is located on a meadow above village Mladoušov near Votice (Central Bohemia). In times of its erection here (probably 18th century) a road led here along. The wayside shrine is a pillar of squarer plan made of plastered bricks covered with a pyramidal roof. On the top of the roof are attached a cross made of iron. Along the about 4 meters high pillar there are two rows of niches, one bigger at low row and four smaller one at high row.
