A brass disk embedded in the sidewalk of Owings Mills Boulevard. Mark is at the southwest end of the bridge over Horsehead Branch. To reach from Liberty Road (Maryland Route 26) turn onto Owings Mills Boulevard heading north. Mark will be about 1 mile, on the left. Closest safe parking will be on Winands Road, the intersection prior to the mark.
To walk to the mark from Winands Road and Owings Mills Boulevard, go north on Owings Mills Boulevard to the southwest end of the bridge as noted above.
