Alliance Church was first established in 1953. They offer children, youth, women and men groups. This appears to be a fairly new church with its more modern design. An especially nice feature are the three full height windows on the front of the church. It is primarily red brick with green trim along the roof line. There is a second story with a flat roof that ia covered with cedar shingles. Overall an attractive building. There is a tall hedge along the street and the entrance to the church.

Alliance Church in Dawson Creek is part of the Christian and Missionary Alliance: an evangelical group that comprises the Alliance churches throughout Canada.

Dawson Creek is known as Mile O of the Alaska Highway. This is where it all began in 1942. Currently Dawson Creek has approximately 13,000 residents and attracts millions of visitors from around the world.
