Ehemaliger Lagerkeller der Städtischen Lagerbier-Brauerei.
Erbaut 1885 von Heinrich Gottlieb Louis Frühling, einem bedeutenden Vertreter der hannoverschen Architekturschule. Die Fassade ist ein bauhistorisch wertvoller Teil der ursprünglich einheitlichen Gesamtanlage im neugotischen Stil.

Former storage cellar of the Municipal Lager Beer Brewery.
Built in 1885 by Heinrich Gottlieb Louis Frühling, an important representative of the Hanoverian school of architecture. The façade is a historically valuable part of the originally uniform overall system in the neo-Gothic style.
