This cemetery has two grand gates. It is located in the Parliament avenue, not far from the famous Flame Towers. It's relatively new, created after the independence of Azerbaijan in the early 90's.
It has currently about 250 graves but there is space to many more. It is destined to famous azeris, although only those who died after the independence are buried here.
