This two-story rural church, part of the Missouri Synod, is located 6 miles north of Falls City, Nebraska, along US HWY 73. The Church is constructed of brown brick. The western fenestration has a main central entryway that is a pointed archway. Flanking this main entryway is a small, tall one-over-one window. There is also an auxiliary entrance on either end of the building.
Second story fenestration has a large arched stained glass window protected by storm glass panes. There are two small arched stained glass windows again protected by storm glass panes above the auxiliary entryway. The left side features a cut cross in the brickwork, a belltower, and a steeple topped by a metal cross. Above the central window is a thin wooden cross. Above the right windows is the cut cross in the brickwork partially covered by a large white lighted cross. This side is topped like a crenelated tower.
There is a datestone below the left entryway of 1916. There is also a US Geodetic Survey Benchmark.
