What a fortunate find. whilst driving through this Somerset village. There was a delay in the traffic flow and we stopped adjacent to this old Victorian letterbox.
I somehow think that this letterbox has been abandoned as
1.Compared to other letterboxes, it needed repainting.
2.There was a spiders web around where letter box
However the date and times for collection are probable...
Looking at the property including the wall, appears to have been restored. The original house has evidence of major restorative work and the wall looks new, compared to the age of the letter box.
The letter box is right on the road, no pavement, care should be taken.

Is this post box still in use?: 12 noon Mon-Fri and 11:15 on Sat but unsure considering the spiders web
