DESCRIBED BY NATIONAL GEODETIC SURVEY 1973 0.5 MI S FROM TEXAS CITY. 0.5 MILE SOUTH ALONG LOOP 197 (6TH STREET) FROM THE POST OFFICE AT TEXAS CITY, AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE JUNCTION OF 4TH AVENUE SOUTH, IN THE TOP AND 3.3 FEET EAST OF THE WEST END OF THE SOUTH CONCRETE HEADWALL OF A 3- BY 9-FOOT CONCRETE BOX CULVERT, 47 FEET WEST OF THE CENTER LINE OF THE STREET, 47 1/2 FEET SOUTH OF THE CENTER LINE OF THE AVENUE, 5.1 FEET SOUTH OF THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF A CYCLONE FENCE, AND ABOUT 1 FOOT LOWER THAN THE STREET.
