While most of the map at the bottom of the Historical Marker for the Hume Dam shows the 'nearby' town of Albury, there is an inset map, tha roughly shows where you are, at the end of Riverina Highway, at Hume Dam.
Other places identified on the Legend are: Albury Railway Station, Catholic Precinct, Old Farmers and Graziers Woolstore, The "Crossing Place"/The Hovell Tree, Albury Botanic Gardens, Monument Hill/War Memorial, Dean Street Group, St Matthews Church, and, Albury Pioneer Cemetery.
The sign is right at the edge of the car park above the earthern Hume Dam.
