Built for Jesse DeCosta Holman in 1912, the J. D. Holman House in Ozark is said to be haunted by the spirit of a young boy who has shown up in photographs taken near the top of the staircase. He is dressed in early 20th century clothing, and may be responsible for phantom footsteps and disembodied whispers which have also been reported in the home.
