The castle Saint-Antoine de Molenbaix is a construction in several stages. Presumably built in the 12th century, it was replaced and enlarged a number of times. It is located in the middle of the village of Molenbaix, which is now a small village of 800 inhabitants located 12km from Tournai.
The current castle was built by the owner of the moment in the nineteenth century. The latter strongly lengthened the flag to the left and thus quadrupled its surface. The estate was, at that time, totally agricultural. In 1832, the castle was bought by Alexander of the Cross. The outbuildings of the property, date from the years 1830-1840 and the dovecote, which is still today the tower of entry. The terrace with terrace of the castle dates from the year 1927 and was built by the architect Wilbaut, Tournai. "

Le château Saint-Antoine de Molenbaix est une construction en plusieurs étapes. Vraisemblablement construit au XIIe siècle, il fut remplacé et agrandi un certain nombre de fois. IL est situé au milieu du village de Molenbaix, qui n'est aujourd'hui plus qu'un petit village de 800 habitants se trouvant à 12km de Tournai.
Le château actuel fut construit par le propriétaire du moment au XIXe siècle. Ce dernier allongea fortement le pavillon vers la gauche et quadrupla ainsi sa surface. Le domaine était, à cette époque, totalement agricole. En 1832, le château fut racheté par Alexandre de la Croix. Les dépendances de la propriété, datent des années 1830-1840 ainsi que le pigeonnier, qui constitue encore aujourd'hui la tour d'entrée. Le perron avec terrasse du château date de l'année 1927 et fut construit par l'architecte Wilbaut, de Tournai. "
