The building at 509-513 Frisco Avenue is a two-story brick building with a flat roof. The upper wall has several rows of corbeled brick, and a stone pediment at the roof line engraved "1910". There are 12 windows on the second level, all of which are covered with metal sheeting. Beneath the pediment is a cast stone panel reading "MISSISSIPPI".
There are three storefronts, each with a metal awning. The occupancy at 509 is vacant and has a recessed single glass door flanked by display windows. The occupancy at 511 houses a boutique called Southern Expressions. It has a single recessed entry with a display window and a door leading to the second level. The storefront at 513 houses The Nutrition Shop. This storefront has a brick veneer and a single recessed entry.
