The cannons are displayed mounted on wooden navan gun carriages at the entrance to the shipyard, beside the HMCS Queen Charlotte. This is the heavier of the two, a 32/64 pounder. With a King George III cypher, it would have been cast sometime during his reign, between 1760 and 1820.

When facing the HMCS Queen Charlotte sign, this cannon would be on its left.
