The several Art Nouveau villas is located in Ceská Kamenice. One of them is House No. 311 (Villa Heide). It is a family villa from 1908.

V Ceské Kamenici se nachází nekolik architektonických památek - secesních vil. Jednou z nich je dum cp. 311 (vila Heide). Jde o rodinnou vilu z roku 1908, která je soucástí souboru trí dalších secesních vil. Její architektonický výraz vcetne interiéru predstavuje mimorádne kvalitní secesní architekturu v regionu. Stavbu navrhl a realizoval ceskokamenický stavitel a architekt Josef Weinolt. Inspiracne stavba vychází z venkovské hrázdené zástavby, typické pro zdejší ceskonemecké pohranicí a z odkazu vídenské moderny (jednoduchá skladba fasády, použití rozlicných materiálu skládaných do základních geometrických obrazcu apod.).
