To reach Mountain View Cemetery, drive west of town on Highway 9 to the first country Road (CR 2370). Go north about 1.5 miles.
James Knox Prather has a most unusual tree stump headstone. At the base are engraved ferns. At the top of the stump are crossed implements. Above and slightly on top of the engraved scroll is a tree branch which cuts across the upper right of the wording. At the bottom of the scroll, there is wording which we were not able to decipher. It appears to say "Oakdale Camquillo 36". The inscription reads:
