Friedrich Wilhelm Raiffeisen (1818 1888)
Bürgermeister in Heddesdorf von 1852 bis 1865 und Begründer des ländlichen Genossenschaftswesens erbaute dieses Haus 1853 und erweiterte es 1886
Raiffeisen gründete hier im Jahr 1881 eine Druckerei, die noch heute unter seinem Namen fortbesteht und bis 1984 in diesem Haus ihren Betriebssitz hatte.
Dass Gebäude befindet sich seit 1985 im Eigentum der Stadt Neuwied und wird seit 1986 von der Stadtverwaltung genutzt.

Mayor in Heddesdorf from 1852 to 1865 and founder of the rural cooperative system built this house in 1853 and expanded it in 1886
Raiffeisen founded a printing company here in 1881, which still exists today under his name and until 1984 had its headquarters in this house.
The building has been owned by the city of Neuwied since 1985 and has been used by the city administration since 1986.
