"The roof was raised to house a defensive space during the Hundred Years War." The Bedside Choir was rebuilt in 1563 in late Gothic style.
The carved decoration, inside and outside, is devoted to bestiary and plants. Phallic-tailed monsters adorn the capitals, griffins and serpents decorate the modillions.
To see: gilded wooden tabernacle of 1753 and "The miracle of the host", stained glass of the bedside dating from 1863, made by the brothers Guérithault, students of Ingres and Vernet. "
