This epic 65 track traverses Yaegl and Gumbaynggirr Country along the coastline from Angourie to Red Rock.
The Wooli Wooli River is the largest water crossing on the Yuragir Coastal Walk. It can be treacherous for swimmers. Coast walkers headed south are advised to go over to the from here and arrange to meet the river crossing boat operator.
Wooli's seasonally patrolled surf beach is 2.5 km south near the breakwall at the mouth of the Wooli Wooli River. Look for the Marine Rescue base to find the beach access. Stay safe and swim between the flags.
