Building at 306 Live Oak Street was built in 1915 as a post office. In 1938 the post office moved to new location.

Texas Historic Site Atlas

During World War II it was a cafe and bus station. It later served as a temporary First National Bank. In 1967 a Sears catalog store opened for business here. The building is well care for and maintained.
