Awarded a National Historic designation in 2007, the Court Street Historic Residential District begins on 10th Street and continues to Fulton's historic downtown. The tree-lined streets compliment 83 homes of varying architectural styles, many of which were designed by a prominent Missouri architect and Fulton resident, M.F. Bell, and remind us of a time when life was much less hectic.
2 room have had paneling added; sheet rock has replaced the original plaster walls ; aluminum storm windows & doors; some interior remodeling has been done;
transom light above entrance door; Tuscan columns support 1st & 2nd story porches; stained glass window; an upstairs door leads to porch roof
The Branch family has lived here C. 10 yrs. They purchased it from
from Kenneth Adam who worked in the construction business. Dean Young owned the house prior to that and S. Leinger? had the house built c.1910 according to Mrs. Branch. " ~ Fulton Historic Survey part 2, page 888
