As described by the US Coast and Geodetic Survey ("CGS") back in 1963:
"REFERENCE MARK NUMBER TWO IS A STANDARD DISK STAMPED WAIMEA NO 2 1910, CEMENTED IN A DRILL HOLE IN A 2-FOOT-DIAMETER, BEDROCK OUTCROP THAT PROJECTS 1 FOOT. IT IS 16.7 FEET NORTH OF THE EAST ONE OF THREE POWER POLES, 17-1/2 FEET SOUTH OF A GUY-WIRE BASE, AND 3.7 FEET LOWER THAN STATION MARK."
The CGS description is still quite accurate and should definitely assist future seekers in finding this benchmark -- alternatively, one can use the gallery images for any future attempt at actual recovery.
The reference mark is ~6 meters meters from its associated survey disk, which has been waymarked here: (

The station was recovered in pretty decent condition, albeit a little dented on one side. Below are a few minor additional facts, per the NGS database entry of "TU1506", its associated Survey Disk: (
