Cornerstone for the third incarnation of St Andrew's. The previous churches were built in 1833 and 1898 respectively.
St Andrew's traces its roots to 1817, when Reverend William Bell arrived to tend to the Scottish soldiers and their families who had settled in Perth following the end of the War of 1812.
