Now home to The Old Post pub, the building appears to be all residential flats other than the pub. Built between 1929 and 1932, the building is listed as a contributing building to the Missoula Downtown Historic District. A listing can be found on page 25, Section 7 of the National Register of Historic Places Continuation Sheet at 107 W. Spruce St..
