Long Description:
This two-story house was built in 1891 by Daniel S. Yoder, a carpenter and later a teacher. Yoder occupied the house briefly, selling it in 1893. The house features a prominent side gable, giving it an "L" shape. A porch occupies the space between the street-facing walls.
