This is one of three Craftsman-style Bungalows built for William H. Byrd in the lots immediately south of his Queen Anne/Eastlake house on the corner of 14th and Chemeketa streets. This particular house is the middle of the three and features a full front porch with an interesting arrangement of support beams for the front gable.
