This is a two-story brick building constructed in 1925. The style is considered 20th Century Commercial. There is a corbelled brick cornice and brick sills and lintels on the five second floor windows. The rear of the building is one-story.
The storefront has been altered with the display windows bricked in. An aluminum and glass door on the east leads to the second level, while the similar door on the west leads to the ground floor occupancy. The clerestories are covered with corrugated metal and a narrow strip of horizontal windows run across the center of the front, above head height.
The building has a faint ghost on the east wall reading "Garage Storage." The building was occupied in the 1950s by State Fuel Supply Company. It is currently vacant. This building is Item 62 on the District nomination.
