This is a two-story brick building, constructed in 1910. Three rectangular brick panels are formed on the upper wall, bordered by buff-colored brick. A buff brick dentil course runs beneath them.
The upper floor is stylized with four round arched windows, with a continuous brick lintel consisting of three courses of buff and red brick. The windows and fanlights are covered with wood boarding painted a cream color. The windows have individual stone sills. An unreadable ghost sign remains, painted on the east wall.
The storefront brick is also painted cream, with the clerestories covered in painted wood boarding. A metal and glass single door is located on the west end, with three display windows to the right, with brick kick plates. A black cloth awning covers the storefront.
In the 1950s, the building was occupied as Anadarko Auto Supply. Today, the ground floor is the home of the Native American Housing Service. This building is Item 58 on the District nomination.
