This is the center building of three identical buildings on East Broadway.

This one-story brick building constructed in 1904 is identical to the buidings to either side, except for the arrangements of the storefront. It was built in the Turn-of-the-Century Commercial style. There is a brick parapet with a corbelled table and stone coping. A large recessed panel stretches across the front of the upper wall.
A single wood door is located at the center of the storefront. The glass panel in the door is boarded up. Two display windows flank the doorway on either side. The windows have wood paneling over the bottom half, with the upper half exposed. The clerestories are covered with wood paneling and a metal canopy stretches across the storefront.
The building is currently vacant. This is Item 52 on the District nomination.
