The Bryan Hotel is a three-story brick building constructed in 1903. It is an example of turn-of-the-century commercial architecture. In 1933, the building was stuccoed, to reflect the Spanish Eclectic style so popular in the 1920s and 1930s. The building is currently occupied by Windhollow Foundation, a non-profit organization devoted to improving the quality of life for Native Americans and assisting them to become self-sufficient in the areas of education, health, economics, and culturally.

The first and second floors have paired round-arched windows set into recessed panels with 1/1 single-hung sashes. The third floor windows are set in rectangular openings and have double-hung sashes. The windows are ornamented with a continuous corbel at the base of the arches. All windows have stone sills.

The original storefront is intact and consists of a center single wood and glass door with sidelights, flanked by two display windows on each side. The door and windows have yellow and aqua striped cloth awnings. The west side of the building has a side entrance with a striped cloth canopy-covered walkway. Painted a cream color, the building is very striking.

This building is Item 60 on the District nomination.
