Though the Zippy strip is named "Bugsy", this rabbit is known as Harvey, after the store owner.

This giant rabbit is named Harvey, after the owner of the boating/marine store in front of which he stands. The story of Harvey the Giant Rabbit is best told on the Roadside America website. Since the NBA playoffs were taking place nearby, Harvey was dressed as a Portland Trailblazer.
Zippy came here three times in October, 2001 to ponder the rabbit. Bugsy was the first of three days starting on the 8th, followed by "Bad Hair Day" and "Down the Rabbit Hole" on the next two days.
