The Jett Building at 400 Main Street is famous for the Chisholm Trail Mural. Jamba Juice and 95.9 FM "The Ranch" KFWR are the occupants. Less well known are the restless spirits that seem to inhabit the building.

This building was constructed in 1902 and used by the North Texas Traction Company when there was Interurban Rail service to Dallas and Cleburne. More recently, four restaurants operated in the building within a six-year period, all leaving the building. One former owner claims "It was the ghosts!"
One Halloween, while closing up, a lone bartender saw a phantom woman in the mirror. Numerous employees have quit after seeing apparitions or experiencing other odd events. Events such as the feeling of being watched, the sounds of a woman walking in high-heels across the upstairs floors (which are unoccupied), strange chills in the basement, flickering lights, frozen drink machines turning on "by themselves", desperate cries of someone seeking help. The spirit of pale cowboy dressed in black has been reported in the basement, and the figure of a woman has been spotted in the upper floors.
