Chisholm Trail was painted by Richard Haas in 1985 [
link] as a facade on the featureless southern side of the Jett Building [
link], facing a large parking lot. Commemorating the Fort Worth segment of the Chisholm Trail cattle drives of 1867-1875, it depicts a small herd of longhorn cattle stepping through an archway. It has a very convincing three-dimensional look to it. Around the archway are painted some false architectural details and even some false stained-glass windows.
