THE MARK IS 2.6 FEET SOUTH OF THE SOUTH RIGHT - OF - WAY FENCE, 30.0 FEET NORTH OF AND ABOUT 1 FOOT LOWER THAN THE CENTERLINE OF 52ND STREET EAST, ABOUT 8 FEET LOWER THAN HIGHWAY 494, AND 2.0 FEET SOUTHEAST OF A STEEL WITNESS POST. THE MARK, A STANDARD MAGNETIC MNDT VERTICAL CONTROL MONUMENT DISK STAMPED---1985 AQ 1989---, IS FORCED ONTO THE TOP OF A DRIVEN 3/4 INCH DIAMETER BY 4 FOOT LONG ALUMINUM ALLOY ROD AND IS FLUSH WITH THE GROUND.
