Disk is located on a bridge carrying a gravel road (Forest RD)over Long Pine Run just NE of a fork leading Forest RD NE away from the junction of Stillhouse Hollow RD & Milesburn RD.

To Reach from the junction of US 30 & PA 233 - follow PA 233 N for 1.45 mi to Milesburn RD (gravel) on the left. Follow Milesburn RD for 2.9 mi to the fork & bridge immediately to the right.
