This horizontal pedestal type sundial can be found in the back left corner of Founders Memorial Cemetery/Park.

The tablet set in the brick wall here says "This tablet was placed April 17, 1936." I don't think the sundial is quite that old.
The motto on the bezel states: "I Mark Only The Sunny Hours".
Tragically the gnomon is missing, so it no longer marks any hours, sunny or overcast.
