Parish cemetery at St John the Baptist church, Tunstall.

"Tunstall church is located in the centre of the village. There is neither a shop nor a pub to be found, but there is a spacious village hall together with a highly regarded church school. The road separating the church from the rectory and church carpark has sharp bends in it, so care is needed on going to the church when arriving by car.

Tunstall church is a popular place of worship and of related activities. Its Midwinter room provides an ideal meeting place with refreshment facilities."

"CHURCHYARD AND ENVIRONS:
Size & Shape: Irregular area around church with main rood curving around in to the south and east. Extensions terraced down to north and north-west.

Condition: Good

Boundary walls: Flint boundary to slightly sunken main road on south and east.

Earthworks: enclosing: Terraced down on south and east

Exceptional monuments: Chest tomb and two 17th century gravestones to S.W. of South porch."
