County of tower: Carroll County
Location of tower: Bankhead Hwy (GA-61), Carrollton

This tower, I am sure, was added because of all the retail strip malls built i this area. The boom of commercial enterprises caused a drain on the other facilities and required one for just them.

The only thing on this tower is the city seal, please see photo gallery of an approved image of that seal used with cities permission
