The Bobcat company flag has a white drawing of a bobcat's head and "Bobcat" in white on a field of orangish red. The white symbol and text are centered, top to bottom, on a single line.
The Bobcat line of small loaders and excavators started out near Rothsay, MN in the 1950s when the Keller brothers built a loader that was small enough to be used in the long narrow pole barns used to house turkeys.
