[FR] Chapelle Saint-Antoine, de style roman des XIIème et XVIème siècles, érigée sur l'un des trois rocher de Chastel sur Murat (Monts du Cantal), elle culmine à 1193m. d'altitude. Après avoir subi de nombreuses restaurations toujours réalisées sans grand moyen, en 1993 une restauration importante est entreprise, elle concerne les maçonneries intérieure et extérieure, la charpente, la couverture, les peintures intérieures.
Edifice à nef unique, de deux travées couvertes en berceau, séparées par des doubleaux et se terminant par une abside en cul-de-four de tracé polygonal à l'extérieur et garnie, intérieurement, de trois arcatures retombant sur des colonnettes portant sur un socle formant banc circulaire. Des chapiteaux à sculpture fruste constituent le seul décor. Cette construction remonte au XIème ou XIIème siècle. Au XVème siècle, deux chapelles formant faux transept, voûtées d'ogives, y furent ajoutées et complétées par une petite sacristie au XVIème siècle. L'entrée se fait au sud, par un portail à archivoltes et piédroits moulurés du XVème siècle. Le portail est abrité par un porche en bois. Sur la façade ouest s'élève un clocher arcade avec un escalier d'accès extérieur.
Passé le col d’Entremont, avant d’amorcer la descente sur Murat, sur votre gauche, pointe un neck qui portait un château, le château de Lesbros. Aujourd’hui, disparu, le castel ! Il reste la chapelle Saint-Antoine, dont les origines remontent au XII° et qui fut restaurée à la fin du XXème. Petit édifice, tapi sur le dos de la colline ; son entrée couverte est abritée des rages du sud par un mamelon, son clocher à peigne affronte vaillamment les vents d’ouest. Un escalier de pierre extérieur permet d’accéder à la cloche unique de 1786, et de là, quelle vue ! Sur les monts du Cantal qui bornent l’horizon à l’ouest, sur les plateaux à l’est et les plans successifs des massifs qui se déclinent en tons bleutés, loin, là-bas, du côté de Murat et de Saint-Flour, et au-delà…
Et puis, belle surprise de la paisible campagne reculée et confiante, la porte est ouverte ! Un autre émerveillement vous attend à l’intérieur : les peintures du chœur, tout en harmonie d’ocre jaune, rouge, de gris bleuté.
Les fresques et les peintures restaurées sont des XIVème et XVème siècles.
Seul vestige du château de Lesbros (aujourd'hui disparu), récemment restaurée (1998/1999).

Single-nave building with two bunk-covered spans, separated by doubleaux and terminating in a polygonal polygonal out-of-the-wall apse, internally lined with three arches resting on columns bearing base forming a circular bench. Capitals with rough sculpture are the only decor. This construction dates back to the 11th or 12th century. In the 15th century, two chapels forming false transept, vaulted with ogives, were added and completed by a small sacristy in the 16th century. The entrance is on the south, through a portal archivolts and molded side walls of the fifteenth century. The portal is sheltered by a wooden porch. On the west facade stands an arcade bell tower with an external access staircase.
Past the Entremont pass, before starting the Murat descent, on your left, there is a neck that bore a castle, Lesbros Castle. Today, gone, the castel! It remains the chapel Saint-Antoine, whose origins date back to the 12th century and was restored at the end of the 20th century. Small building, lurking on the back of the hill; its covered entrance is sheltered from the rages of the south by a nipple, its comb-bell tower valiantly faces the westerly winds. An exterior stone staircase provides access to the unique bell of 1786, and from there, what a view! On the mountains of Cantal which bound the horizon to the west, on the plateaus to the east and the successive shots of the massifs which are declined in bluish tones, far, there, on the side of Murat and Saint-Flour , and beyond…
And then, beautiful surprise of the peaceful remote and confident countryside, the door is open! Another wonder awaits you inside: the paintings of the choir, all in harmony of yellow ocher, red, bluish gray.
The restored frescoes and paintings are from the 14th and 15th centuries.
