This bike repair station at UCO is located at the NE corner of the Nigh University Center. A sign indicates it was donated by Al's Bicycles, the local bicycle store. A QR code is on the instruction label at the top of the stand, stating you can scan it for help in fixing your bike. Fortunately, this station has somewhat of an overhang above for shade.
NUC is a very busy place on campus, with lots of bikes being ridden to and from this building. It's a great place for a bike repair station.
Currently the bike tender here is filled with Bum-A-Bike, and hopefully during the school year they are spread across campus, and some spots are available for students with their own bikes.
