This deluxe public work stand is located between mile markers 10.5 and 11 on the Blackstone River Bikeway at the Captain Wilbur Kelly House and Transportation Museum (Kelly House) property adjacent to the bike path in Lincoln, Rhode Island. The nearby Ashton Parking Area is the most convenient official entryway to the path by this equipment. (4 Front Street, Cumberland, RI) (41.937968, -71.431602)

Installed in 2018, this red and black station features an air pump, wheel chock, a pair of horizontal lifting bars, and several tools tethered to stainless steel cables:

Phillips & standard screwdrivers
Steel core tire levers (2)
Headset/pedal wrench
8/10mm cone wrench
9/11mm cone wrench
Torx T-25
Hex key set

Along with the museum, there are picnic benches just a few yards down the path. This spot is flat, grassy, and shaded (at least in the morning!) The location also offers a relaxing view of the Blackstone River. You might even see some fishermen wading in the waters beneath the bridge to Cumberland and converted mill condos.

An additional repair station is located at the I-295 Visitor Center in Lincoln where a paved trail leads down through the park to connect with the bikeway.
