This sculpture of an fisher is located at the Mosel in Wasserbillig.

You can see an fisher who has thrown his bait into the Moselle and apparently has a fish on his line. This can be assumed at least because of the bend of his fishing rod. Next to him there is a bucket with the already caught fish. The cat, which is next to the bucket, tries to knock over the bucket with its paw to get to the fish. A boy sitting near the man observes the cat as it goes about its business.
