"Roly’s Fudge offers the best crumbly fudge you’ll ever find. Originating from Devon in the West Country over 30 years ago, we now have 38 shops across the UK. Each of our shops use traditional recipes to make fresh fudge every day, handmade in full view for you to see.
Roly’s Fudge started in 1987 when the founders started to make homemade fudge in their farmhouse cottage kitchen. They decided to use natural ingredients whenever possible, and that it should be made with only traditional methods.
Using a large copper cauldron obtained from a Devon antique shop, they followed an old family recipe passed down over generations to make the first batch of traditional vanilla clotted cream, using lashings of Devon butter."
