Andy's Frozen Custard is the place to go for frozen custard sundaes, concretes & more. They have both "summer" and "winter" hours posted (which are hardly any different, they just close a little earlier in the winter) so you can still get your late night frozen treat even in December. There's even a drive thru! This neon sign is on the east side of the building.
