This mural is painted on the west brick wall of a vacant building at the corner of E. Broadway and S. Federal St. The scene shows a pond with foliage around it, with oil derricks rising out of the foliage. It reflects nature and technology, side by side. The artist , William P. Volok has painted two dedication panels, one on either side of the mural, and notes this is his first mural.
