This Zippy strip features a pair of ladies net-stockinged legs sticking out of an upper floor window in a Haight Street neighborhood in San Francisco, California. These legs are an advertising feature of the Piedmont Boutique, a ladies clothing store.
Zippy has been here before. This time the legs were asking Zippy what his gender was. Zippy replied "Sometimes Raymond Burr, sometimes Julia Child". When the legs bet Zippy that he couldn't guess who he was, Zippy replied that he knew it was Rudy, Giuliana from the high heels! Thus, the title of the strip.
