Commemorates this concrete viaduct. When it opened in 1912 it was claimed to be the longest cement bridge in the world.

Bridge was built as a direct result of a flood 1908. Construction started in 1910 and was completed in 1912.

Mural shows the bridge with lights. The bridge still exists and is used for southbound traffic on Houston Street. Lights, however, are gone.
