The Tourist Information Centre is now housed in 'the Old Town Hall' building for Glenelg.

This Information Centre is in a grand looking, two-storey building, with an extra three-storey higher tower Town Clock, and Bell Tower. The building also houses the 'Bay Discovery Centre', a social history museum on the cultural heritage of Holdfast Bay.
Staff at the centre can assist with enquiries about the Glenelg area as well as offering a booking service for tours, accommodation and car hire. The complex is just a few minutes' walk from an array of shops, restaurants and retail traders.
While the website below says that it is suitable for mobility disabled, it didn't seem like that when I was there, as there six steps to get to the entrance.
