The disk is a US Coast & Geodetic Survey disk (in somewhat poor condition) set in concrete about 12 in. above grade. It is located on Beckwith Road in the town of Henrietta, NY, and can be found about 20 ft. W of the southbound lane shoulder in the grass. It is approx. 60 ft. NW of RG&E pole #5 and approx. 200 ft. N of RG&E pole #5A. The disk is directly adjacent to a metal witness post marked "US Marker" (see photo), and is engraved "US Coast & Geodetic Survey and State Survey #NO73-21".
